More Project Play Fun

After a generous donation from Charlie Kay, a pupil at Law Primary School, the team at Project Play have purchased a play pod which allows the younger children at Law Primary to store interesting recycled bits and bobs in the playground.

The items can be brought out for playtime, then returned to the pod to keep them clean and dry and ready for another day:

I was delighted to add some of my favourite North Berwick Birds to the front of the play pod:

Planet Play

When Planet Play, a volunteer group at my local primary school, asked me to help with their efforts to rejuvenate one of the school playgrounds I was delighted to contribute:

The team have done a fantastic job of turning a basic school playground into a treasure trove of creative activities and opportunities to learn through play and cooperation.
Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to being involved in stage two!

A big thank you!

I was very chuffed a while back when Marie Perkins of the hugely popular 'Print & Pattern' blog selected some of my work for her new book - 'Print & Pattern Kids'.
A celebration of beautiful design created with children in mind, the book showcases some of the best illustrators and designers working in this field today.
It's packed full of inspiring and creative work and you can buy your copy here.

Thank you!

A big thanks to Sheerluxe for featuring me in their ‘hot products’ feature this month:
